Yes, my week is starting on a Monday, even though I know that is incorrect calendar wise. But that's how I plan my menu.
Monday-dinner away from home (family birthday celebrations)
Tuesday-Biscuits with sausage gravy, apples
Wednesday-pork chops, mashed potatoes, cauliflower
Thursday- grilled chicken breast, brown rice or if I can find it in the cabinet Quintina (doctor recommended, she said to try couscous too, which I did, only I cooked too long and it burned on the bottom of my pan so even though it may have been good it mostly just tasted scorched) and broccoli
Friday- Shrimp scampi ednamene, baked sweet potato fries
Saturday- If I don't make it to the grocery store, it will be chicken cooked some how? I have chicken breasts and tenders Ideas?
