Monday- Chicken patty sandwich and lettuce salad
Tuesday-Pork chops with tomato sauce and mushrooms, with Quinta (none of us really cared for this :(
Wednesday-cheese and mushroom omelets with waffles, fruit on the side
Thursday-grilled chicken tenders with gratin cheesy potatoes
Friday- Fish sticks and baked sweet potato fries
Saturday-Chicken kabobs with veggies served over rice
We switched and had the kabobs on Thursday night, they were amazing! Yum, I need to remember to do this more often then every 6 months when it pops in my brain.
