Monday-shepherd's pie and apples
Tuesday- chicken wings, baked sweet potato fries, oranges
Wednesday-chili and corn bread
Thursday-chicken Alfredo pasta and broccoli
Friday-frozen pizza with lettuce salad
Saturday-meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Sunday- on you own

Week of 9-19-11

Monday- creamed beef of toast peaches on the side
Tuesday- ham and scalloped potatoes and cauliflower
Wednesday-sloppy joes and lettuce salad
Thursday- shrimp and fries
Friday- chicken pot pie made with biscuits and mixed veggies
Saturday-not sure I think it's just going to be me and Joseph for dinner

Week of 9-12-11

Monday- Chicken patty sandwich and lettuce salad
Tuesday-Pork chops with tomato sauce and mushrooms, with Quinta (none of us really cared for this :(
Wednesday-cheese and mushroom omelets with waffles, fruit on the side
Thursday-grilled chicken tenders with gratin cheesy potatoes
Friday- Fish sticks and baked sweet potato fries
Saturday-Chicken kabobs with veggies served over rice


We switched and had the kabobs on Thursday night, they were amazing! Yum, I need to remember to do this more often then every 6 months when it pops in my brain.

What's for Dinner week of 9-5-11

Yes, my week is starting on a Monday, even though I know that is incorrect calendar wise. But that's how I plan my menu.

Monday-dinner away from home (family birthday celebrations)
Tuesday-Biscuits with sausage gravy, apples
Wednesday-pork chops, mashed potatoes, cauliflower
Thursday- grilled chicken breast, brown rice or if I can find it in the cabinet Quintina (doctor recommended, she said to try couscous too, which I did, only I cooked too long and it burned on the bottom of my pan so even though it may have been good it mostly just tasted scorched) and broccoli
Friday- Shrimp scampi ednamene, baked sweet potato fries
Saturday- If I don't make it to the grocery store, it will be chicken cooked some how? I have chicken breasts and tenders Ideas?
